By booking a trip or utilizing services through ExploreMoreHolidays, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payments
- A minimum advance payment (as specified in your quotation) is required to confirm bookings.
- The final balance must be cleared prior to the departure date as outlined in your personalized itinerary schedule.
- Failing to clear the balance may result in auto-cancellation of the booking without a refund of the advance.
2. Passports, Visas & Forex
- It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel dates.
- While we provide Visa assistance, the final grant of a visa is at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate. ExploreMoreHolidays is not liable for visa rejections.
- Forex rates are subject to market fluctuations and are locked only upon actual payment processing.
3. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to alter itineraries, transport, or hotel accommodations to alternatives of an equal or higher standard due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or overbooking by suppliers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as transparent and fair as possible, reflecting the commitments we make to our hotel and airline partners on your behalf.
1. Standard Cancellation Charges
- 45+ Days prior to departure: 10% of total package cost.
- 30 to 44 Days prior: 25% of total package cost.
- 15 to 29 Days prior: 50% of total package cost.
- Less than 15 Days prior / No Show: 100% of total package cost (No Refund).
2. Non-Refundable Components
Please note that certain components of your trip are strictly non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timeline:
- Visa processing fees and embassy charges.
- Flight tickets (subject entirely to the specific airline's cancellation policy).
- Special peak-season hotel bookings (e.g., New Year's Eve, Diwali).
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days after the cancellation request is officially acknowledged by our support team.
